Order Cancellation:

  1. Cancellation requests for ready-to-ship items can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that once the item has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
  2. For customized or made-to-order items, cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible as the production process would have commenced.

Refunds:

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to address the issue and arrange for a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
  2. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Exclusions:

  1. Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  2. Earrings and other personal items such as undergarments, cosmetics, and skincare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Please note that this policy is applicable only to purchases made directly from Sparkleberry. For items purchased through authorized resellers or other platforms, their respective refund and cancellation policies may apply.
